Hrada is the artistic vision of Extol frontman Peter Espevoll.
Together with filmmaker Åsmund Janøy, Espevoll released the Hrada debut album Mirrorland in May 2023.
The album has since then received high praise in the prog space for it´s highly unique sound and it´s seemingly never ending layers that one could dive into.
Fans of Extol will recognize the same dedicated passion and musical creativity in Hrada. Yet, with a completely different musical spectrum and genre, Hrada treats the listener to fully immersive, creative audio/visual universe. Expect the unexpected!
The music is filled with exciting progressive harmonies and melodies, and as a red thread use a dramatic orchestral expression wrapped in a warm and organic sound.
